I purchased upgrades and still don't pass the stage!! This is a scam. If I'm purchasing multiple upgrades and still don't pass the stage, that means the ppl who created the game are doing that to make more money! It's sad how greedy this world is. I downloaded this just so I could leave a review. The ad is absolutely horrible and could be extremely triggering to women that have lost babies! I don't know if the game play is the same way or if the ad is a fake simulation, but watching the ghost of the baby is heartbreaking! I would never play this game based on the ad that shows, while I was playing a different game. If I could report the ad, I would! Losing babies is not something that is funny nor entertaining!!!!

Wish there was easier ways to get money, it gets so hard to buy stuff when you have to play three levels to get enough to upgrade one thing. Wish these types of games would understand we can fair coins so we have actually succeed at the game. Update: more ways to get coins now thankfully but it still costs alot to upgrade and wish I didn't have to upgrade the doctors as much when you have to upgrade everything

It can be really fun but upgrades are super expensive. Playing the levels through can get you high returns once you reach the end of the levels but so do the prices of items. Once you complete the level the amount you can win drops down to a quarter of what you were winning. This would be okay if the cost of everything wasn't so expensive just to buy anything. They offer "deals" but it's really the same price just the option to buy it direct. Update*I have already contacted through game.

It's enjoyable but the required doctor is level 15 and my doctors are already level 21 and I can't still win. Upgrading doctors doesn't help in endless mode. They still require to have three additional medicine or tests even if your doctor is already in a higher level.

It's a very fun game! My main complaint is that the characters are rather ugly. Sorry to the artist, but the women all seem to have giant crazy eyes. I think they're supposed to be cute, but instead. they look like psycho bushbabies. The mini matching game was really fun, but then i get stuck in a really hard level and can't pass it so i just stop trying.
