I really loved this game when it was the first hospital but the money you gain from each level is not enough to cover the upgrades and you cannot move on without completing the level. You only pull in 500 coins when one upgrade is 1200. It makes me want to delete it.

The developers are useless if you come across any issues. They just reply something like "thank you for playing". It is very difficult and slow to advance without spending money. There is an option to save gems to spend in game for free but the game is set out so you often accidentally spend 50 gems on bonuses you didn't want to. I have messaged about this more than once and they are not interested and don't return your gems. There are in play rewards but it's like 2-3 gems so takes ages to save

Why is this game always gradually worse after each update? This last one specifically. Levels are hard enough, you're stagnant for days to open ads and get a few coins to move up levels. Winning prizes are crazy low, and now the extra +10 seconds aren't being offered more than once each stage.. cuz it was so generous already, there's no option to get 50% more money, nevertheless the luxury of getting starts after completing a level. Gonna find other games instead, thanks.

I've had to change my rating as I've progressed through the game. the cost of upgrading your items is way too much. You need to win 3 levels to earn enough to upgrade 1 item, but winning the levels is almost impossible unless your items are upgraded.

I honestly really like this mobile game, but when it's almost impossible to finish levels with little access to get coins and gems but to pay, it really makes the game unlikeable. Yall need more variety in those little mini games and It needs to provide more coins and gems. I'm already ready to Uninstall

Its like garden scapes except i find it far more rewarding, after each level you get to upgrade your hospital, unlock things quickly and easily earn money to upgrade production speed in the minigames. I would recommend
