It's a check in app that doesn't work anywhere in my county (kitsap). I couldn't even look for a reserve time until the store open at 10am. I happened to be in the area and the hair stylist had no bookings. I just walked right in. This is a sad state of technology investment during the pandemic. Masks good, not going into the store to check for openings, better.

Good but could be better. It would be awesome if the app listed the name of the stylists that were working and allowed you to schedule an appointment with a particular stylist. But at minimum gave the stylist names and hours that day. Not everyone cuts the same and sometimes I have gone to get a cut and the stylist I am use to wasnt there and I either end up having to come back or get a cut from someone else

Works well! Would like to see a message about why you cannot book a certain appt. Tried to book an appt for a time the store was closing but it just gave a general error message. Had I known, it would have been easier to quickly book another time.

AWFUL. I know it has good reviews, but of you read the reviews, all the 5 star ones are about people's local salon, NOT this TERRIBLE APP!! There are many flaws in this app, but the main flaw is that it doesn't filter out available appointments, so you can click & click and waste your time filling out the contact info but never get an appointment. My local SC only takes apptmnts through the app - it's too bad because I'm so frustrated with it that I can't use it and have to go elsewhere.

Great app when it works! Annoying when it freezes and signs you up for a second time slot. Then when you go to cancel the 2nd time slot, it cancels the earlier time slot instead. All this while freezing between each step.

The app is ok when you can use it. The schedule of cutters available is frequently wrong. Boooking system is frequently down. 10-06-2020 update Latest version is even worse. I click on finish and it goes back to the page where you enter your name and information.
