I absolutely love this app. Everyone should have this app to gain access to better healthcare, health incentives, and ways to help you make more informed decisions on a better way of life for you and your family. This was the most labor intensive login process ever. Even with customer assistance the anxiety was sky high! The customer service associate kept talking over me not letting me finish my questions and still couldn't help me log in. I have nothing nice to say about the login process. When at the pharmacy I tried to use the scanner to determine if this was an eligible product or not, it did not work. I then proceeded to input the number manually, again it did not work!Improvements are needed!

I cannot access this app. I log in, then get a loading screen that circles and circles until it gives up and tells me to try again later... would be nice to use this app but I haven't been able to for months.

I'm grateful for the free stuff but...the website isn't easy. Out of alot of items. When I try to purchase, items change price and are no longer available. I have to redo my order repeatedly! Twice I tried to purchase inside the store and have been denied with products I've akready gotten online.

The app is very easy to use. But that's where the positive ends. They change your policy and do NOT make you aware of it. You end up getting surprised with bills in the mail. Like new copay on everything from typical pcp visit blood work and so on. In 2023 I had none of that. Like a 52 dollar copay on blood work. UCH is a scam. It's good to start with, but then this year they apparently changed my policy. That should be a crime. Especially when your on a fixed income. DON'T GET UHC

LOST OUT TOTAL OVER 1000 in credit. HELLACIOUS SICK JOKE from UHC. Losing out on using the monthly credit since last year due to ABSENT NOTIFICATION, CUSTOMER (NO)SERVICE & APP FAILURE regarding the UCARD HUB. AGAIN end of month & CANNOT USE find , rewards, shop online etc. b/c app as BUTTON PUSH does NOTHING but GRAY OUT. AMAZON not covered OTC? IMPOSSIBLE CATCH22 for homebound disabled user, THAT WONT ALLOW ONLINE shopping otc. HAVE kept updated, have restarted, uninstalled, & reinstalled.
