Helps a lot, it is the hardest one of the leap fitness setup but shows results if you stay dedicated and do it you'll see results no doubt I felt like my biceps, triceps and fore arms where stronger in just a week. And the app does exactly what it tells you it does, it's not some meracle app you are the one who has to do the workouts the app just guides you and that's exactly what it's supposed to do and it does it splendidly for that I belive it deserves this 5 stars

Incredible app! I finished the advanced plan just now and just loved the app overall, like all the excersises are very exciting to do and by the end of 30th day I could feel the power in my arms increase and I gained a little muscle too in my arms , of course good diet and regular planned workout is important but in 30 days this did a really impressive job

The Best Workout App!!!Has A perfect monthly plans workout from begginer to advanced,with the most perfect guidance, yet with the new feautre it has turned much better!!its not just an Arm App now, has crazy cool exercises for each part of the body each designed with various difficultys, u can just follow your daily plan and hit some optional exercises whenever you felt strong eonugh ;)

I am 15 and have completed the advanced challenged and I must say it really works! But what I have seen is that it has mainly concentrated on triceps. My triceps have become some kinda like 5 times than it was before but there wasn't much change in biceps. Please try to improve the exercises that focus mainly on biceps. Overall it is the best workout application I have ever used and am glad to be a part of it!

i think that is app gives me a workout pushing me to me limits and i like how you can set reminders also how you could put in your weight and height and shows your weight progress and you can update your weight and height. overall I think that this os a great app to help you start or get back into working out. :)

A really great app to use. Saw results in as little as 2 weeks, works really well if you do it correctly. Another great feature is that you can change the amount of exercises and the time you do them, which can help out for those who are beginners.
