The app works fine, and appears to be more reliable than competitors apps, however the ordering location display is pathetic and it is easy to place your order at the wrong restaurant with no confirmation of location and no way to cancel or change a wrong order once placed. The location on the main screen does not even include a city name and is really easy to place a wasteful order somewhere that is not accessible to you and the app doesn't give you any indication until after the order is done.

Subjection gets some cards to give away to your customers since the app doesn't always work. How can't we get any Rewards since St Thomas reopened their door? We couldn't use the app. It didn't work. So we lose on the rewards. I am also scared to use it because if I forget to change the location I wouldn't go to the other location to pick it up.

Doesn't work. Tried three different credit cards and one debit card from different banks and everytime was told my payment method was invalid. Tried with Google Pay, seemed to work then just took me back to the order screen. Since you can't use the coupons without paying in the app, and the payment methods don't work, the app is useless.

Don't use it! 1. It will update itself every time you open it. So you will have to wait a few minutes before using it. 2. Very very difficult to make use of promotions. I added a promotion item along with qualifying item, it still shows the regular price. 3. Impossible to delete items from order. It doesn't show the items in cart. If you want to delete an item, I don't think there's a way. 4. Menu is non existent. 5. Store - won't offer to honor the mobile offer even when u show the app prob

Absolutely terrible app. There's always something that goes wrong which makes it impossible to place an order, from buttons being greyed out and not working, to multiple errors when I try placing my order for pickup. Has happened the last few times I've tried using this app.

*updated 5/24/22 - appears that app was fixed and coupons are now actually able to be applied. First time re-trying the app, so unsure if sign in is as tedious as it was, but seemed alright today. Ordering was seamless and I appreciate the Google pay integration. All offers say not available on the coupon, regardless of location chosen. Why even show them? Also, don't love having to enter an email code every time I open the app. Not sure what the advantage of using the app is...
