Offline use of the app is a no-go. Yes, you can download songs for offline play, but good luck getting the app to boot while away from a network. If it does start without a network, some songs will not play despite being downloaded. I like how much the music selection has grown. You can probably find any song youbwant to listen to. "Discovery" and "My Soundtrack" playlists are great for finding new music. I've seen lots of improvement to functionality of this app over the years.

Music quality is great but the app has some bugs and it's missing some basic features like why can't I put a custom image to a playlist? It's a feature so basic yet it's missing, sometimes the album cover doesn't show in notifications while music is playing and must importantly sometimes doesn't even show the album covers in notifications bar and in app for downloaded music, why do I have to have internet to see something that is downloaded?

Gotta update my one-star review. They fixed the loading issues, but now the app keeps adding old songs I've previously liked to my to the front of my playlists. I cannot remove them without permanently deleting them from my music. It also won't add some songs to my Likes playlist even after clicking on the heart. This app is full of issues and the only reason I use it is because I have an Alexa.

Wish I could give 0 stars. App constantly crashes while music plays. Almost unusable. Also, songs in playlists will randomly be taken out the library even though the song still shows up in playlist. Also noticed Amazon will randomly replace a rap song with a clean version of it. This is the best we can get from a multi billion dollar company?

interface is horrible. screen changes all the time, things move around so you can never find them, using the back arrow or back button never takes you back to where you were, and forget about trying to play your own mp3s if you don't happen to have the internet - it just tells you over and over that you have no internet instead of playing the songs stored on my SD card. the access to unlimited music is phenomenal! but the interface is the worst I've ever had the misery of using.

This app is trash. I have installed 3 times since it keeps crashing in a brand new S24 Ultra. It freezes randomly, and no amount of app restarts makes it work again. Crashed after a one day of working fine, then on the login screen and also during the initial configuration after the 2nd reinstall. Incredibly frustrating for a service that costs as much as the competitors with decent apps
