Worst application, people should be able to check the total loan paid, due amount etc and nothing is shown on the app. Earlier the features was added but later it got removed, Kindly add this basic features or else I will initiate the complaint on the appropriate platforms like Court and Regulatory body.

Earlier I was able to use this app. Now either the app crashes while launch or getting an warning USB debugging mode has been detected as enabled which doesn't allow me to proceed further. Note: Debugging mode is off for me. Now we can't reach out to your dev support email address.

1. No option to see my homeloan balance. It always displays balance as on April month. 2. No option to prepay/part pay my principal amount from app or website. Many leading banks provide these features but hdfc assumes that customer will send email to support to team to avail these services. This is not truly digital experience.

After latest updates, the login screen is not able to show up login buttons. Only the loan acc num. and DOB fields are available. All other fields are missing. I had to uninstall and re-install the app again to login. Looks like this was not tested before releasing updates. Fix the bugs ASAP.

Worst experiences from the executives to manager front. I have come across multiple miscommunications, stringent policies in place even for a minimal loan amount. All of them are just transferring calls and no response from the team. You have to always follow up from your end. Not recommended at any level. Please have a clear discussion before you go ahead as they have different statements always.

One of the worst bank for home loan by considering below issues: 1. Unable to see the outstanding amount. 2. Unable to see monthly statement i.e. principal+interest statement. 3. No provision of prepayment in ONLINE Mode. Need to go to Bank in personal. Simply wastage of time. Kindly move forward with customer's requirements. I am planning to switch over to other bank.
