I simply can not understand what the mobile app is useful for when adding product. Forms aren't available. Interaction within the app & mobile site is buggy/non-responsive at best. Selecting desktop site on mobile makes it worse. Buttons overlay buttons or don't fully appear. Zooming in or out when editing a page does not work. I've waited days for troubleshooting "help" that wasn't. Get a computer if you want to succesfully manage your site.

Horrific blog page design...It jumps around when typing a blog post, so it's impossible to see the overall paragraph as you compose. To access the blog you have to navigate through the entire website. It wouldn't allow me to paste a pre-written caption into photos, and I can't select text within a caption to make it bold, it acted as if I were selecting the entire image. I can highlight words in a text box to add a link, but then the text disappears after hitting "ok". Old app was so much better

Garbage. App crashes all the time and even though it's supposed to be a mobile app, the photo editing feature for blogs cuts off half of the editing functionality on the right. Plus, blog posts don't actually publish, even though the app SAYS it is published, when you do it from the app. Nice work Squarespace

This app is mostly worthless, I have only been able to use it to mark items sold. I've really tried to utilize many of this app's features only to be very disappointed. It can't edit the organization of products, the app crashes every time I try. I decided to try out editing a page while on the mobile app, clicked save, none of the updates were saved. Those are just a few. Customer service also ignores every message. My reply to the reply is: I've emailed many times and been ignored.

Commerce integration is trash. Squarespace app DOES NOT alert me to new orders upon arrival. I have to go looking for them. Went to update the notification settings to change that, but it's not an option. Items show up double in the order. So lets say they ordered 1 item, it will show 2 and you have to verify the amount paid to identify what was actually purchased. Fix this. Stat. Messing up my daily flow.

Unable to modify pages despite paying for an account, unable to change page latouts, add blocks, save element changes. App is basically worthless and a horrible solution for someone on the go often or travelling frequently where a computer isn't available. Squarespace is quick to reply to reviews here, I've tried to contact them several times with zero response (not caught in spam either).
