I downloaded and paid for this VPN because of the recommendations. But I must say I am disappointed with the constant connectivity issues. I use the VPN on my Nokia android TV box but it keeps disconnecting every damn time. Wrote customer support and I was advised to change protocol settings which still didn't stop the disconnect issues. Please NordVPN team should fix this.

Updateabout the free trial charge of $99.99: Thanks to the costumer support team that help with this problem, they got it resolve after I contact them and explaining it via email. They did the refund and at the end I just have to call my bank card holder to help with the overdraft fee. This was my first and only issue with NordVPN, their service is really good, so I would really use it again in the future.

Do not download if you have an Apple phone, as it removes you from the wifi, which that app must not do. I have had multiple iPhones delivered to me with this issue. Use surfshark with iPhones as it doesn't do that. Well, I haven't seen it do that yet. As a result of this, I have taken 3 stars away from the review as the app forces iPhone users to use mobile data, and I have removed another star for the way I was spoken to online for the issue.

slows my connection down alot, sometimes too much. I literally can't use it on my phone, most apps say I have no internet connection. Texts won't send. It's practically wasting space on my phone and my bills

UK and Europe servers get too many captchas from Google. The issue is now months old. Edit: issue is less frequent but still occurs. However, now it no longer blocks ads system-wide, which it used to do.

I downloaded this vpn via my other phone. Paid for a months subscription and I was debited but I haven't gotten access to the vpn. I reached out to you guys via mail and still no response. My money haven't been reversed and I still haven't gotten any access to the vpn. Too bad and extremely annoying. If there was a half star, that's what I'll go with.
