I've been really loving it. However, the ambient sound hasn't stayed on longer than 5 minutes since the update in Dec. Unfortunately, I'm sound sensitive and work around that, but I can't seem to get a deep enough meditation in without it. And you have to download another app just to ask for help. I wish I could've reported an issue in the help session itself. I hope they can fix this quickly because it really is a wonder app, and I love the way its set up. I've learned a lot about meditation.

Best meditation app ever! Full of different practices that you can fit in your daily activities, it showed me a different meaning of meditation. It also gives the chance to use the premium version just by watching adds for people who cannot afford it. I loved it in all ways. Thank you

I love the Lojong app. It is so comprehensive, and they have even added more. The one wish I have is that the sleep section (Delta Waves) could be an hour or more instead of only 30 minutes. It often takes me longer to fall asleep.

UPDATED 2/14/24: I have been using the paid version for a couple of years, and I still love it. It's truly an educational resource for anyone interested in some of the principles of Eastern meditation. Great for beginners and people who are short on time but want to meditate consistently. This is the best self-help anyone could ask for! 1/18/22: I didn't expect to find a free app with so many resources!!! There are lots of way to personalize your practice. I highly recommend Lojong.

The pricing is very affordable compared to insight timer but there is no dark mode in the app. That's a deal breaker for me. Uninstalled.
